TRAINING STRUCTURE:

Skill Work (40 Minutes):

Whether you're a seasoned player refining techniques or a newcomer building a solid foundation, this session covers ball handling, shooting, passing, defensive strategies, and more. Expect a supportive environment that empowers you to master the essentials.

 

Controlled Mini Scrimmages (20 Minutes):

Apply your refined skills in real-game situations with controlled mini scrimmages. Develop decision-making abilities, teamwork, and adaptability, building the confidence to excel in competitive play.
